日本はSPAM対策優良児？

うは、こちらの日記を更新するの、2ヶ月ぶりぐらいですね（汗）

なんでも、ある国から送信されるSPAMの量は、その国の broadband connection に比例する傾向がある（例えば世界のbroadband lineの21%を占めるアメリカよりリレーされてくるSPAMは世界全体の24%）そうなのですが、日本より送信されてくるSPAMの数が極端に少ないんだとか。

Japan, however, clearly bucks the trend. While the country has more than 

11 per cent of the world's broadband connections, it is producing only 

two per cent of global spam. This is despite the fact that 100Mbps fibre 

internet connections, which are especially attractive to spammers, are 

common in Japan. 

元記事ではJEAG(Japan E-mail Anti-Abuse Group)などが頑張ってOutbound Port 25 Blocking (OP25B)を実施した成果なのかもと分析していますが、実際のところどうなんでしょうね？
